Proxy statement

I appoint the officials of Demo Yardım as my proxy to purchase the chosen number of animals on behalf of the people I have named and with the intention I have stated (wajib, vow, aqiqah, gratitude or voluntary), to sacrifice them according to Islamic rules and to distribute the meat to people in need.
